The Los Feliz & Silver Lake Community Guide, Baller Art Ware, and yours truly are so pleased to introduce you to Aiko,The Jedi Spirit of Unity. Aiko is 7 years old and in the 2nd Grade at Ivanhoe Elementary. She is representing all of the elementary schools in the land. Her responsibilities will be to use the force and spread good will throughout the land as well as the galaxy. The beautiful tiara was donated by Teresa Padua and Berda Paradise Thrift Store. Special thanks to our Rainbow Partner Paul Redmond for these great shots! More photos to come.

Dear Student/Artist/Teacher/Patron, We are so excited to have you as a part of our Hope for Unity exhibition. You are cordially invited to attend our Grand Opening on October 24th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Though not mandatory, we are encouraging elementary and middle school students to attend between the hours of 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, and high school students and adults to attend, if possible, between 6:30 and 8:00 PM, and we might stay a little later.... Of course there will be exceptions Come when it is possible for you to attend; but we are trying to control the flow of traffic for your safety. No mask, no entry! Please maintain social distancing of 6 feet as much as possible. If you are not feeling well, if you’re sick or have a fever please stay home. You will not be admitted for everyone’s safety. Please think in terms of 10 PEOPLE, 10 MINUTES... If foot traffic is slow, you may stay longer. Please be respectful of other people’s time and space. The Neutra Museum & Gallery is located at 2379 Glendale Blvd. across from the Red Lion Tavern in Silver Lake. We are on the same side of the street as Rockaway Records next to their parking lot. Do not park there. Parking is challenging Your best experience will be in an Uber, if possible. We have over 60 pieces of creative art dealing with racial equality from students and adults alike We look forward to seeing you! Our closing awards ceremony will be on Sunday, November 22.
