Jaden is not yet fully aware of this developing sensitive news so we ask that you please respect his privacy and not share this with your children to prevent anything upsetting from being said to or about him. ... Welcome back! We are so excited to start seeing our patients again! With opening up our office again there are a few new guidelines and protocols we have in place to keep our staff and patients safe and healthy.

Need more elastics? wax?? chewies??? We have you covered! Please come to our front window and take what you need. If you do not know your elastic size, example "Elliott" "Cathy" "Bummer"... give us a call and we can tell you.

CLOSURE UPDATE: EXTENDED THROUGH APRIL In accordance with the order to Shelter in Place, and with the guidelines set by the California Dental Association (CDA), our orthodontic office will remain temporarily closed until the end of April. As the health and safety of our patients, families, and team members are at the forefront of our thinking and actions, we are taking action to help Flatten the Curve of this pandemic. Please know this may change at any time and we will co...ntinue to monitor the federal and state government recommendations as well as the CDA. We want to continue offering the best care to our patients during this time. Please email us to set up a Virtual Exam with Dr. Katie, Dr. Tom Bales, or Dr. Ana. While we may be postponing your in-office routine care visit, know that the materials we use today for orthodontic treatment have the ability to move you toward our goals for quite some time. For patients in braces or expanders, know that we use long acting wires which continue to work for several months. For our patients in aligners, if you have been wearing them as instructed your treatment is progressing even though you are not here for an office visit If you are an Invisalign patient and have aligners to pick up, please call the office to arrange a curbside pickup where you do not have to enter the office. We understand it is disappointing for those who are ready to begin their orthodontic treatment or have finished treatment and are anxious to have their braces removed. We feel your pain! We promise to schedule your appointment once we are open and will be offering extended hours 7am-7pm and open extra days in both offices to accommodate each and every one of you.
