All participants must complete a waiver and purchase an Annual or Daily Pass in order to enter the skatepark. Did you know that in addition to the City of Upland's Firecracker 5K run that we're hosting on July 4th, we have a Pancake Breakfast planned? The $5 breakfast ...is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. located inside Memorial Park and is open to everyone. And.... We're hosting our 2nd Annual Red, White, and Blue Wheels On Parade located inside Memorial Park for children 0 to 12 years. Come cruise Memorial Park with star-spangled pride and flag inspired thrills. Kids, decorate your bicycles, scooters, wagons, and pedal cars and join us in a festive parade! Prizes will be awarded for the Best Decorated and Most Patriotic parade entry. All children will receive a participation gift. Although FREE, registration is required at www.apm.activecommunities.com/Upland. See you there!!!

Good morning!!! Have you signed up for our 4th of July Firecracker 5K Fun Run/Walk yet? Join us at Memorial Park for our 2nd Annual Firecracker 5K Fun Run/W...alk, a family friendly event open to runners, walkers, and strollers of all ages and abilities. It's the perfect family friendly way to kick off your 4th of July festivities. This is more than just another 5K Run/Walk. It's a chance to spend time with neighbors, friends, and family while celebrating the 4th of July! All ages are welcome to attend. Registration is required for those 8 years and up. Check-in: 6:30 a.m. Start time: 8:00 a.m. SHARP Registration: $30 Per Person Event T-shirts are guaranteed for all registration through Monday, June 25th. Participation medals will be awarded to all in attendance. First place medals will be awarded for each age category. Prizes will be awarded for overall finisher, male and female. The Upland Recreation and Community Services Division, Upland-Foothill Kiwanis, and Boy Scout Troop 601 have teamed up again to bring Santa Claus down from the North Pole! Your visit with Santa will include a delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Children will have the opportunity to share their "wish list" with Santa. Pictures may be taken with your camera.
