OE GO OI-OE This was @caseyphelanphotography first time coloring her hair. Such a perfect subtle pink. Who else is in loooove with this color? This color took just a little over 2.5 hours. 3 hours total with a cut.... *I used a teased foilayage technique with lightener and 20 vol. @teresagee came in with Virgin hair. She hasn't colored her hair in a few years and wanted to do a low maintenance color. She still wanted something natural looking, but with a little pop.
