A recent review: Good Morning Mark I want to thank you deeply and sincerely for creating a safe space and inviting environment for me to "drop in" as deeply as I did with you yesterday. I am carrying forward a feeling of levity today and awe of how great I feel to be liberated from those things in life I have gotten so good at running from. My regression therapy session with you took me to just where I needed to be in a safe supported loving manner. I cannot thank you enou...gh. I took your advice and started a journal to capture it all while fresh in my mind last night. I meditated easily with no "chatter".
