We will also be providing some bentos for you and your team to enjoy during the event, with proceeds going to Kizuna. Link in bio. . Nisei Week would normally be the busiest time of the year for Little Tokyo. Since 1934, the festival brought together multiple generations of the community with one goal in mind, continuing the legacy of the Issei (first generation) laying the foundation for the Nisei (second generation) and so on. For us, it is a time for the family to come together, connect with old friends, make new friends, and enjoy the amazing programming that the organizations put together. Grandpa and... grandma's love for Nisei Week was shared by so many Angelenos and visiting friends. Although the neighborhood will be quieter than usual, we hope to see you come and support the community we all love so much. @ Azay
