We're currently looking for a full-time Funeral Director Assistant/Receptionist to work in our office. Duties: - Help Humboldt families in their greatest times of need. - Interact with customers and families. ... - Answer telephone calls - Maintain filing system - Enter vital stats information in computer - Assist the funeral director and staff in day-to-day office work, filling out forms, taking down information, etc. Must possess excellent telephone, verbal & written communications skills, must be proficient with managing processes and demonstrate great organizational skills, must be familiar with Quickbooks, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office. must be able to work in a fast pace environment. You will be handling calls from grieving families, making appointments and helping prepare paperwork for families. You will also meet with families in our office face-to-face. The weekly group is a safe and supportive environment where teens can share with other teens and participate in activities that will be focused on healing and honoring lost loved ones.
