Dear Ayatti Family, Unfortunately we do not have the ability to revive the gym, but we can definitely go out in style! Please join us for a final WOD on Saturday, June 13, 2020, as we say goodbye to Ayatti CrossFit and and LRSAC and all the memories that were made through the years. For those of you who are comfortable, have arranged 4 class times:... 7:30 AM 8:30 AM 9:30 AM 10:30 AM We will be limiting the class size to 10 per class, therefore it is vital for you to RSVP below and provide a time slot so that we can provide a safe workout environment. The class will consist of a 15 minute warm up/stretch session, followed by a workout of approximately 30 minutes, which will leave us about 15 minutes to clean between classes. If an additional class time is required, we will add an 11:30 AM.slot and beyond... Once again, we thank each and everyone of you for your support and staying with us through this challenging time. Hopefully we can see you one more time and say our goodbyes properly. Due to unforeseen circumstances resulting from COVID-19, Ayatti CrossFit has been forced to shut it's doors in Ladera Ranch. We did not foresee this coming and is a huge disappointment not only to us, but also to the community that supports us. We thank all our members, friends and well wishers for their patronage and for letting us be a part of your life. We will miss everyone!... In the meantime we do plan to have a last hurrah workout in June and will keep you posted. Thank you for all your support and understanding.

A lot happening in today's workout. Is it just me or does the warm-up feel like 3 different training sessions?? Either way you will be better for it! Hang in there and grind through! 363 days until Murph!

Strong work on Murph for those of you who had a chance to do it. You may be be thinking that today will be a day, however staying active is the best way to get that soreness out of your body. Just make sure your continue to stretch and drink water regularly! Today is slightly less intense than yesterday ( obviously hahah), but try to stick to the program as much as possible to avoid that "quarantine fifteen" You already did the hard workout for the week, everything else is a bonus!!
