In celebration of National Activity Professionals Week, we congratulate our Resident Enrichment Director at Avenida Lakewood, Sadie Kice! We’ll let one of our family members tell you how special she is: I just want to take a minute to let you know how much my family appreciates the great work that Sadie Kice is doing for your residents and their families. My mother has a lung condition that combined with the pandemic has severely limited her ability to participate in most activities. However, we do review the activities being offered and we are so very impressed with the work Sadie is doing. It's nice to know that even when activities are restricted, she finds a way to continually offer options for residents to stay in touch and to stay actively engaged in their community.

McShane Construction Company has been selected by Avenida Partners to provide construction services for Avenida Hendersonville, a new active senior living community in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The three-story wood frame building will incorporate 138 units with a brick and Hardie panel exterior. The development will also offer 6,000 square feet of amenity space, including a clubhouse with a theater, dining room and fitness center, as well as a pool, grill station, gardens and dog park.
