AV FAIR SIGN UP SCHEDULE 2017 AV Fair.AVPD booth..August 18 through 27 (update) Friday 4 pm-midnight 8/18 3:30-8:00 ... 8:00 - midnight Sat. 2 pm-midnight 8/19 1:30-7:00 pm 7:00-midnight Sun. 2 pm - midnight 8/20 1:30-7:00 7:00-midnight Mon. kids, seniors, special citizens 2 pm - pm midnight 8/21 1:30-8:00 8:00-midnight Tues 4 pm to midnight 8/22 3:30-8:00 8:00-midnight Wed. 4 pm - midnight 8/23 3:30-8 8:00-midnight Thurs 4 pm- midnight 8/24 3:30-8 8:00-midnight Fri 4 pm- midnight 8/25 3:30-8 8:00-midnight Sat 2 pm - midnight 8/26 1:30-7:00 7:00 -midnight Sun 2 pm - 11 pm 8/27 1:30-7:00 7:00-midnight Minimum of 40 Volunteers needed for 10 days of the fair. That’s at least two volunteers per shift. Pull out your calendars now and commit to a couple of shifts.Shifts will consist of at least 2 volunteers per shift.. Note: There has to be somebody at the booth at all times the fair is open per contract.
