First event DONE! We had 22 mobile detailers show up. We didn’t know if this would work since most detail events are related to technique, skill, or some sort of brand certification. The goal for this event to bring detailers together with no ego and walls down for unity.... Event title: Mobile Money Makers 1 of 3 - How to create and market profitable winter detailing packages. - We gave a talk about winter upsell ideas - We had a breakout session where detailers put together their own winter upsell packages and name them - We did a sales strategies talk for selling those upsells - We did a product demo for the new LIQUID CERAMIC WAX and CLAY SOAP that drops in January 2020 Also, we raffled a $100 gift card and we had a veteran detailer of 20 years win the card and then immediately hand it to the detailer who was the newest in the industry as a way to support his new endeavor.
