Some updates on reopening: we are working our best we can to assist incoming calls and emails we receive from YOU. We do not have an exact reopening date however I believe it will not take long. We are preparing sanitizing station and deep cleaning our facilities from head to toe to ensure the best hygiene practice. Because you are our priority! Recently we received numbers of greeting emails from our customers. We dearly miss ALL of you. Please keep yourself active at home, for example yoga, shuffle dance, meditation, cooking, chatting with loved ones, reading books that you always wanted to read and etc. Our estimated date for re-open is May 1st 2020. Some notes to our guests: 1) if you think you might have been exposed to coronavirus you should self quarantine ASAP to avoid spreading the virus even you don’t have any symptoms. Because incubation period can spread virus too. 2) if you have symptoms like fever, cough, trouble breathing, please call and notify your doctor or ER before leaving your home. 3) postpone routine doctor appointment 4) donor cancel required doctor visits like prenatal, postpartum, post-op or medical... problem unless you know or suspect that you have been exposed to COVID-19. In that case, call doctor office first 5) avoid going to any public places. Minimize grocery trips 6) if you CAN stay home, you SHOULD home. 7) treat your immune system well -quite smoking avoid or minimize alcohol -drink plenty of fluids. Eat 5-6 servings of vegetable and fruits daily- exercise despite the cloudier of your gym - get 8-9 hours sleep nightly.
