Happy Monday friends! My heart is still smiling from this past Saturday’s sweet and intimate wedding in Malibu. Here’s a snippet of Jenny getting ready in her hotel room right before the ceremony at @fswestlake and I am loving everything about it. As a wedding photographer, I arrive about an hour before you get your dress on to photograph it, all of your beautiful details (shoes, invites, etc.) and moments of you getting ready like these ones. And boy, is it definitely worth it!

It may be quiet over here in terms of physical weddings because of all that’s going on but there is SO much happening behind the scenes that is setting us up for 2021 to be an AMAZING wedding year! Meetings with new couples, a record amount of weddings on our calendar, contracts sent out, details to check off, and everything in between. I love, love photographing such a joyful time for people and am already enjoying preparing for all that’s coming up soon!

I’m so grateful to photograph weddings here in the Los Angeles/Ventura County area but once in a long I find myself flying out of state to photograph amazing weddings. Charity and Danny tied the knot in a small, intimate wedding nestled in the Colorado mountains where her dad’s property is located and boy, was it a beauty! I loved my time with these two and loved the sunsets Colorado had to offer!
