Check out a sample of AV Workshop's recent WWII 16mm Film Transfer! These reels specifically featured the Naval Air Transport Service - a branch of the U.S. Navy which assisted with transporting supplies needed for the D-Day Invasion of Normandy. AV Workshop cleaned, repaired, and scanned each reel frame-by-frame at 2048 x 1536 resolution using our RetroScan Universal Film Scanners. We then applied our Enhanced service in which we balanced the color, saturation, brightness/ c...ontrast, and shadow detail scene-by-scene. Lastly, AV Workshop output the films to HD mp4 Files.
