Auburn Tutoring

Hello Auburn! We are so happy to introduce Auburn Tutoring to our amazing community! Students come to us for academic help, yet they end up receiving so much more. Our goal is to provide a wonderful learning environment and experience that guides our community’s youth. Our tutors want to develop relationships and foster a love for learning, self, and each other. All of our current tutors (including the owners) previously worked together at The Tutoring Center in Auburn befo...re the owner decided to shut its doors. This left many students without a tutor, and all of the tutors without the job that they loved. Although this news was devastating at first, we saw an opportunity to be an example to our students and our community as a whole. We love all of them and have devised a way to continue serving them. Thus, Auburn Tutoring was born. We have passionate and experienced tutors, a system that works, and a whole lot of understanding. We are excited for what this new year will bring. Auburn Tutoring is in need of a part time tutor who is competent up to Pre-calculous and has taken either an AP English course or received equivalent college credit. Hours are 2:30-7:30 Monday- Friday Our tutors work with students in Kindergarten- college so, the position requires a comfortability a d experience with young children.

I keep seeing these posts about kiddos wanting to eat all day while they are home. This was my solution! Each child has their own colored basket. In the morning... I put their snacks in it for the day, when those snacks are gone they don’t get any more. It makes them stop and think do I really need a snack? I also put their cup for the day in there because I’m not washing 50 cups a day! Hahaha! Edit to add: I didn’t think I had to say this but my children eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are well fed and I don’t starve them sad I even have to say that.
