INGREDIENTS ... 2 sheets Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash Chocolate hazelnut spread DIRECTIONS Cut out pumpkin shapes from Lavash sheets using a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter. This Lavash recipe is packed with the flavors of fall! Get your fill of toasty pumpkin, goat cheese, garlic, and sage. INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree 1 cup diced pumpkin or butternut squash... 6 cloves garlic 1 tsp. rosemary salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp. goat cheese 1/4 cup sliced shallots 10 sage leaves DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400F. Toss diced pumpkin (or butternut squash) and garlic with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper and bake 25-30 minutes. Spread pumpkin puree on a piece of Lavash Top Lavash with the roasted pumpkin and garlic, goat cheese, and shallot Bake the Lavash at 400 for 6-8mins Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a pan. Add sage leaves and fry approximately 30 seconds, or until sage leaves are fried. Top the Lavash with sage and enjoy!

Love crackers? Love pizza? Then for sure check out this recipe for Pizza chips that are made using our Lavash. These crackers make a great snack for a post-work nosh with a glass of wine. : ) INGREDIENTS 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash... 1/4 cup tomato sauce (as needed) 1 tablespoon dried marjoram 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried thyme 1 teaspoons raw sugar (or granulated sugar), to taste 1/2 tablespoons crushed red peppers 1 (3/4-inch) chunk Parmesan cheese, rind removed DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 375F. Coarsely chop the Parmesan chunk and blend it into a fine powder in a food processor. Set aside. Place a sheet of Lavash flat bread on a flat surface and cover evenly with a thin layer of tomato sauce. Using a medium-mesh strainer, sprinkle on the sugar. Then, sprinkle the dried herbs, crushed red peppers and Parmesan cheese. Using kitchen shears or a pizza wheel cut the Lavash into 3 1/2 squares. Transfer to several non-stick baking pans (or line them with parchment paper). Bake for 10-12 minutes until the flatbread is slightly golden and slightly hardened. LAVASH PIZZA WITH PROSCIUTTO AND ARUGULA Looking for a quick and easy lunch or dinner (or breakfast!). Our Lavash makes a great pizza crust! Check out this recipe for some inspo! This Lavash pizza features a winning combination of salty prosciutto and peppery arugula. What would you top yours with? INGREDIENTS ... 2 sheets Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash 1/4 pound fresh mozzarella 1/2 cup cooked cannellini beans 1/2 cup tomato sauce 3 oz. sliced prosciutto 1/6 lb. baby arugula 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan DIRECTIONS Heat the oven to 400F. Cut the mozzarella into 1/4-thick slices. Rinse the cannellini beans. On a sheet pan, place the Lavash side by side. Brush with oil and spoon on the pizza sauce in an even layer, leaving a 1/2 border around the edges. Top the Lavash with the prosciutto, mozzarella, cannellini beans, and arugula. Sprinkle with 1 to 2 tbsp. oil and season with pepper. Bake until the crust is crisp, the cheese is melted, and the arugula is wilted, 12 to 15 minutes. Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board and cut into squares. While the pizzas cook, prepare the salad. BREAKFAST PITA RECIPE Wake up right with a packed Pita! Enjoy a breakfast of eggs, crispy potatoes, and veggies. Pssst....our Pitas are so tasty and the pocket is super stuffable. INGREDIENTS ... 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash Traditional Pita 3 4 diced red potatoes 1 clove minced garlic 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 red bell pepper, diced 4 eggs cup milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 small sliced avocado 23 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. In a bowl, mix potatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Prepare baking sheet with foil and bake 20 minutes, shaking the pan every 5 minutes. 4. Increase heat to 475F and add red pepper to the pan. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. 5. While potatoes bake, prepare eggs. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk until fully blended 6. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add eggs and gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula as they begin to solidify. Continue pulling and folding eggs until no liquid remains. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. 7. Cut pita in half and fill each half equally with eggs, potatoes, and peppers. 8. STEAK FAJITA LAVASH PINWHEELS RECIPE Sizzling fajitas get even tastier when you wrap them in a piece of Lavash. These cilantro-centric pinwheels are sure to impress! INGREDIENTS... 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash 1 small ripe avocado 3 tbsp. lime juice 3 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro 1 tsp. minced garlic salt to taste pound skirt steak tsp. cumin tsp. ground black pepper 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 small sliced onion 2 small sliced bell peppers, varying in color DIRECTIONS 1In a small bowl, mash the avocado, 1 tbsp. lime juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, cup cilantro, garlic, and salt until smooth. 2Mix together remaining lime juice, remaining olive oil, cumin, cup cilantro, salt, and pepper. 3Coat the skirt steak in the marinade and let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour. 4In a cast iron pan over high heat, heat vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Add steak and brown each side for 3 minutes, or until preferred meat doneness. Remove from pan and let rest. 5Sear onions and bell peppers in pan, stirring every minute or so for approximately 5 minutes. 6Slice steak into thin slices. 7Spread a thin layer of guacamole onto the Lavash. Top with steak slices, peppers and onions, and remaining cilantro. 8Roll tightly, slice into sections, and enjoy! #cleanbreadforeveryone
