Happy super weird 2020 Thanksgiving! if you can’t be with the one you love, love the one you’re with! Hope you are all keeping it safe and loving each other well this day and everyday.... ....and if you are gonna fight, be like Piper and Queso...fight fair and hug it out in the end.

How much does this picture make your heart melt? Dr. William Otto is so amazing with puppies and seniors alike! Last week we had the chance to do a recheck on this pup who came to us a month ago with a condition called Pectus Excavatum. We gave them some home interventions to do during this critical phase of development.... Good news! The owners did what Dr. Otto and Karen advised, and we are happy to report that this pup is on the way to normalized development now. Athena is the poster child for early intervention.

Congratulations to Laurie Edge-Hughes for being recognized as the first to win the prestigious award given by the International Animal Veterinary Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy (IAVRPT). Cheers to global recognition for a true pioneer, leader, advocate and incredible instructor in our specialty field. Fortunate to have her Fourleg.com education platform at the ready especially since this pandemic put a stop to all the in-person courses. (I usually host a couple of her courses in Santa Barbara each year, so I am especially hankering for some Laurie-time!) I'm just so thrilled for her because I have been so personally inspired by her and her teachings...she has made such a meaningful impact on my life and career. Inspire on, Laurie!
