Flood Insurance Program Closed; No Policies Until Congress Acts. - The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) will not be able to issue new policies, increase coverage, approve renewal policies or pay claims until Congress approves reauthorization

Recent successes: Took away business from Allstate and Statefarm, beating their rates by 20-30%. Workers Comp for a General Contractor - saved my client 15% over his renewal.

One of our former clients will pay $22,000 out of the pocket. They are contractors who did some plumbing job in 2005 for a client and installed washer dispancery.
