On Friday (2/12), Shula Sendowski will present a "Working with the Wall" workshop from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. PST as a part of ATI-LA's Community Workshops (over Zoom). "We use the table to support us when lying down, we use the wall to support us when standing, or bending.
