Trying to stick to a New Year’s Resolution? Make success more likely by having a reminder and a reward for the habit you’re trying to stick to! Make the reminder something you already automatically do (eat breakfast, brush teeth, etc.) so that you don’t have to remember on your own. The reward can be putting a checkmark on a habit tracking calendar, watching an episode of your favorite TV show, or even just saying Good job! to yourself! Even it seems silly, studies show... the reward is an important part of making a new habit become second nature. ATHLON’s TURKEY PAYMENT WORKOUT! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving Spartans! Get this workout done Friday or Saturday to burn off that big meal! 1) If you didn’t help cook: 25 Burpees... 2) 3x: 11 Clap Push-ups + 26 Glute Bridges 3) 3x: 11 DB or Heavy Grocery Bag Rows + 26 Walking Lunges 4) Wall Sit for as many minutes as servings of turkey that you had 5) Plank for as many minutes as servings of mashed potatoes that you had, and add shoulder taps if you didn’t help do dishes 6) Run around the block for as many slices of pie that you had See more
