(*No eyelash, eyebrow or tattoo services are allowed in any county.) As you may know, according to CA’s Stay at home order, salons are now allowed to re-open in some counties for hair services (*No eyelash, eyebrow or tattoo services are allowed in any counties.) but NOT in LA county yet. SALONS ARE ALLOWED TO OPEN at STAGE 3 !! We're currently planning to re-open on 6/16 but that is only when we move on to stage 3 on both of CA's Stay-at-home order and LA's Safer-at-home order, and also when we confirm the safety of our clients to come in to our salon, and our staff to work on/for the clients.
