It was 12 years ago that our President & CEO, Jennifer Berthelot-Jelovic's, first LEED project received LEED Platinum certification and became the world's greenest aviation facility on November 19, 2008. It took her a decade to realize that the team had in fact designed and constructed not only a Net Zero, but a Net Positive project in 2006-2008! These terms weren't even in their lingo yet. They were busy revolutionizing LEED for Offices by applying it to an airplane hangar.
