I am doing Parent coaching sessions for Parents and Families who need help with their kids. The Coaching is for 3 to 6 months in which tremendous confidence is built for teens or young children who are rebelling from school. The Parents, Grand Parents are transformed from having depression, sadness to Confidence in every part of their lives. Coaching is not therapy or psychiatry. We need solid, effective and creative parenting that promotes problem solving skills in our families. As Parents doing home schooling and managing all the out of control behaviors in the home during Corona Virus we need to see how creative we are teaching our kids how to think out of the box and to come up with new ideas for solving the needs of each family member. Problem solving should start young in kids so that when they get older they already know to thing smart. Parent need to trust the intelligence of each child so that the child can grow up thinking they can cope and problem solve. This ability comes first from the Parent who inspires, edifies their children. Self-confidence comes from the Parent who encourages their children to become their best.

Solid parenting teaches their children the strong importance of the work ethic. Many parents are not being strict enough to teach this very important lesson to their children. Strong self-esteem grows from building Confidence in your work skills.

I am discovering how important parents need specific skills to foster positive relationships in their homes. Positive parenting is essential in training their children and teens in respect, positive manners, coping skills and high achievement in adulthood. It is the role of the parent to teach self-worth early in the formation of the child/teen. Without high self-worth, it is difficult for the child to grow strong in their adult years.

I am moving closer to getting hopefully a parenting contract. I am networking more than ever with very excellent mentors. This has been a wonderful process. I am very thankful for the outstanding leaders that are supporting me in my Anti-Bully goals and Parent Mastering goals.

There is going to be an Anti-Bully Fund Raiser on May 11 and it will be at the Aviator Casino in Delano, Ca. The meal is $50.00 for anyone who wants to bring their family out for a Tri-tip and Chicken dinner. The proceeds will be going or the educational purpose of bringing an Anti-Bully program into the schools. It is at 5pm. Anyone wanting to go contact me and I can provide the tickets.
