Kudos from an HOA Board Member concerning a vehicle ramming the entry gate and tearing it from hinges, posts, and all: "Our onsite Maintenance person Carlos, reviewed the situation with me and placed cones around the gate in the street. Our HOA Manager, Mike, set in motion a quick response team, Jose and Raymond. Additional ASPM team members from a welder... to other workers were assembled. The project of replacing the gate and stabilizing the posts were all accomplished by early afternoon. I am very thankful for your team and their responsiveness to this task.
