I'm a total cracker/chip junkie. Since I can't have gluten, These are the perfect fix dipped in homemade hummus! If you couldn't or don't eat gluten what do you miss the most? How do you fix that craving?

You can tell Easter is around the corner at our house....I just found a half eaten bunny. Dad is busted! ;)

YUM! Just made this and wow it is good! reminds me of flan! I used maple syrup as the sweetener. This is going to be my LO's breakfast tomorrow topped with blueberries-I think she will like it! Who says you can't have pudding for breakfast?!

Hello CHEESE! It's been a month of no dairy (and other stuff) so now it's time to bring things back one by one to see what exactly was upsetting my little ones system. How happy was I when I got word from the naturopath that dairy is what I should bring back first?! So happy to eat a bit of cheese again. Now, we will wait and see if that was it.

I LOVE this recipe! I have been SO hungry lately and not feeling very satisfied with cutting out gluten, dairy and sugar. the Sugar cravings have been crazy lately! I prepped these last night and made this morning. I used almond milk and a combo of ghee and coconut oil. Added blueberries and it was extremely satisfying! To curb my sugar craving last night I made a cacao smoothie! almond milk, raw cacao, shredded unsweetened coconut, raw honey, almond butter and vanilla with a few ice cubes. It was DELICIOUS and hit the spot!

I just made some delicious dal......what should I serve with it? Rice? some kind of salad? needs to be something I can make relatively fast.
