Fun Fact: Through Pomona, she was able to study abroad in Morocco and travel to 9 other countries!

Vera’s(she/her) most rewarding part of this position was working with Facilities and PACS to make menstrual products, recycling and compost, and water fountains more accessible. Fun Fact: She discovered a supernova!

The best part of being the Comm. of Campus Events for Immacula(she/her) is hosting school and 5C-wide events to bring people together. She gets to be creative, have fun, and give people a chance to share their ideas and connect with each other. Its fulfilling giving people a space to relax and take a break from school work. In the online format especially, being able to get people excited about school events and creating a sense of community and togetherness is much needed and she’s happy she can help. Fun Fact: You can play her ALMOST any Disney or Nickelodeon show theme song and she can guess it within seconds. Almost any.

Last but not least, our amazing VP of Finance, Adeena! Adeena is a sophomore who is interested in CS, Econ, and a bit of Math. Though born in Portland, Oregon, Adeena grew up in Shanghai for 15 years and enjoys trying out new foods in their spare time. On-campus, they are currently involved in ISMP, PEC, CJLPP, CBG, DISCOVR, and the 5Cs womxn's rugby club as well as the CS Department and the Communications Office. As the VP of Finance, Adeena plans to reallocate ASPC's ...spending to provide increased direct support to students, and in particular work more closely with clubs during this unprecedented year. Adeena also hopes to create overall financial sustainability for ASPC, in addition to pursuing initiatives like developing a more equitable job selection process for Pomona students. Adeena is always open to new ideas and suggestions, so feel free to reach out to them anytime! See more
