WOW!... Is what I say to Yelp. I recently got a hater that reviewed me/my page on there. The first hater in almost 27 years in business. A bogus name from someo...ne I have never even done work for. During a phone conversation with Yelp, I did not get an answer, or any assistance and help from them over this. As with any business, that will say the same thing, there are a few people/customers out there that did get over on my business, but I still keep helping everyone anyway, regardless. P.S. What do you do when you get in an accident? Do you get scared, angry and or panic? No, remember the basic's...driver license information, name, address and your... car license number. Take a picture with your phone of the driver, the driver's car license plate number, make, model and color. Also, get a picture of the registration if possible. Get their insurance information, policy number, company, phone number, company name...AAA, All State, Farmers, USAA, and so on. Take a picture of the police officers name badge number, incident number. It takes about 15 days for the police to file a police report for you. You can call to check and see when the report will be ready. And most important, you take your car to a repair shop you pick, not where the insurance company tells you to go. REMEMBER, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PICK THE REPAIR SHOP. If you call us, we deal with your insurance company. We help with car rental and anything else that comes up, including dealing with your insurance company. We take all that stress away for you to make it less of a big deal. Thank you and drive safe. Scam time is here in Yolo County. Beware of people knocking on your door and saying, "I can fix that dent on your car for 150 dollars". These con men damage most cars far worse than the original damage. It ends up costing the customer more in the long run.
