Emily is a senior at Great Oaks in Temecula. She runs Country and Track! One of her goals is to run a 5-minute mile. We are going to help her get it by increasing the ROM of her hip flexors and improving her stride! After on visit her lunge improved quite a bit. Next we'll work on her hip hinge.
