Hello friends. Today is the last day of our Winter Fundraiser. I want to thank those that have GENEROUSLY donated during the last couple of months. Your response has been tremendous. We're just looking for a couple more donations. Please read below: Our winter fundraising drive is coming to a close on Superbowl Sunday. In November we set a goal of $3,000 and your support has been incredible. To date we have brought in more than $2,800. The number of grants that we wrote to th...e two local Little League programs was higher than budgeted (we don't want to leave anyone out). I really want to surpass the $3,000 goal so we're looking to bring in an additional $500 by Sunday. Please do help support our foundation. Directions on how to contribute are at the bottom of this post. Starting in less than two months, Football registration begins and soon after that, registration for Soccer begins. So, we will be active over the next several months and we really need your help. For those that don't know about our foundation, we provide sports grants for children of low-income families. If their family cannot pay sports registration fees, we pay for them. Signups for Little League and Girls Softball are closing soon. If your child wants to play Softball or Baseball and you are a low income family and cannot afford the registration fees, we may be able to help. Our foundation, Athletic Scholarship Foundation of Tuolumne County (asftc.org), is a local non-profit organization. We were established to help children of low income families participate in sports. Currently, we are taking applications for Tuolumne County Girls Fastpitc...h, Woods Creek Little League and Westside Little League. If your child is interested in playing in one of these leagues and you are a low income family, send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE. Tell me which league your child wants to play. Registration is ending soon. Registration closing dates: Tuolumne County Girls Fastpitch - Registration closes January 20, 2020 Tuolumne County Girls Fastpitch Woods Creek Little League - Registration closes January 25th Woods Creek Little League Westside Little League - Registration closes January 25th Westside Little League How registration works: Send me a private message or an Email ([email protected]). I will send you an application Print and fill out the application Scan, or take a photo, of the completed application Email to [email protected] You should receive an answer within 24 hours. If your application is approved, we will notify the league that we will be paying your registration fees. You will then go online and register your child to play. Remember, time is critical. Registration is ending soon.
