Does this sound like you? You tried diets and fitness programs in the past? But did not see anything results? You quit early? And you began to question yourself... Is this really for me?... That’s where @juicygen and I met. Imagine jumping into the next program, even full of doubt and skepticism, but having a hint of trust thrown in. Guess what? She consumed all of my content, mindset modules, strategies around nutrition, tracked her weight everyday, followed my introductory plan to a T! Do you want to know her results? 13lbs//6kg in 6 weeks. But do you want to know what’s even more important in my eyes? SHE has changed. From the inside out. Her perspective. How can you expect to be a saver... IF YOU ARE ACTING LIKE A SPENDER?? A lot of times I see people behave in direct opposition to their goals. It’s kind of like a D student wanting to be a A student. The A student will exhibit certain behaviors. Like not hanging out with their friends on the weekend when Monday there’s a test.... If you are a consumer but want to be a creator. Most of your time can be seen as a measure of what your true intentions really are. What I mean is... take a good hard look and two things. Where do you spend your time? Where do you spend your attention? WHY? Because this will show you where your real goal lies. If you want to lose weight... Your probably wouldn’t... Eat too many fried foods(fried food doesn’t inherently make you gain weight) Eat out too often (there’s nothing wrong with eating out, but it becomes harder to track) Indulging in your favorite sweets and treat everyday Falling prey for your impulses(it’s like the D student and consumer) A more sensible approach is... Measuring the fried foods you’re eating so they can be incorporated into your weekly calorie goals Eating out, but having a plan. Like having lower intake days so that they compensate for heavier intake days. Budgeting your sweet treats into your calorie needs. So that you’re still within your weekly calorie budget. So you can still maintain or lose weight per week. Not falling prey to your impulses. And truly mastering yourself by mastering your behavior. Understanding your impulses and not allowing them to dictate your decision. The evolution of a sister involved MUCH MORE than just eating healthy, not eating carbs, not eating fried or fatty foods, and especially managing our impulses. ? I used to think the only way to LOSE WEIGHT AND FAT was to cut carbs. Guess what I learned? There are a... ton of TACTICAL ways to DECREASE CALORIES. and decrease carbs is 1 way. But it’s not the ONLY way. Because the reality is you could EAT LESS CARBS and still gain weight. Confusing, I know. But here’s the truth. You can’t use TACTICS to transform. You need a STRATEGY to transform someone’s body. Where one of the tactical moves IS TO CUT CARBS. But when, how long, and how often depends on the person. I only like using it in the beginning because it’s the SIMPLEST TACTIC. But as someone becomes more advance. That’s the first TACTIC I toss in order to cut calories. Why? Most people LOVE CARBS. So I find ways to MAKE SURE MY CLIENTS EAT CARBS. FOLLOW THE STRATEGY, and learn to love the food they eat while getting the body they want! What is this? . What I want to show you is a simple TDEE calculator but also a bit of how complicated estimating calories can be. . I first show myself.... . My height, weight, age, sex, and different activity levels. . Sedentary (no exercise). 1-2x/week 3-5x/week 6-7x/week 2x/day (GOALS lol) . I also show my wife @pin_i . One of the biggest things on how to utilize this is testing if this info even works. . How does it apply to someone? . Can they be consistent with even intaking a consistent amount of calories, track accurately, weigh their food, and weigh themselves daily. . THEN, you can see if it works by eating a consistent amount, weigh yourself regularly in order to TEST someone’s weight. . Then you can accurately see if someone’s... .
