ASAP at The Cove

We are very sad to be sending this out, but here's the news: Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer the ASAP (After School Arts and Sports Program) this fall. We simply have not been able to find a qualified director, despite turning over every rock imaginable for the last 2 1/2 months. We are bummed, as we have loved serving our community and you families in this way. But...it's the reality for now. Many blessings for your fall with school, kids and your families.... And... that’s a wrap on the 2020/2021 school year! We have had so much fun this past week and celebrated the last day of school with pizza, watermelon and treats. Thank you to the parents and staff who brought in supplies and food. We appreciate you!

Hey ASAP families! Do you recognize any of these items? If so please come by from 12-5 tomorrow, June 4th. We will have the items outside so feel free to come and grab them.

Tuesday was water day here at ASAP. We brought out water guns and water balloons and had a water war! We also played with bubbles and did other field activities and ended the day drying off in the sun.

Happy Friday ASAP! Quick reminder that we have our Kick Off to Summer Luau Party on Friday, June 4th. We are having pizza and other treats so we would like to know how many students will be here. Hi ASAP Families! Just a reminder that we will be closed on Memorial Day. This means that for our kick off to summer week, Water Day will be moved to Tuesday, June 1st. I will send out more reminders and an updated flyer for that week as we get closer.

We are sad to announce we are canceling the ASAP summer program this year. We love serving you, our families, and our hope is to find an amazing director to have ASAP open for fall 2021 and beyond! ASAP’s countdown to summer has officially begun! With only 13 school days left, our Kick off to Summer Week is just around the corner. We will have lots of activities to fill the week such as water balloon fights, arts and crafts, field day competitions and so much more! We will share more details as it gets closer, but in the meantime happy Wednesday ASAP! We hope you have a great rest of your week.
