We miss our students so much in the Artisan Baking Center. We are curious what you have been baking the last few months. Is there anything you have gotten really good at? Would love to see some pictures.

-CANCELLED- Sidewalk Sale 7/24/20 Our first come first served, sold as it, cash sale on Friday 7/24/20 has been cancelled. We realized that there was no safe way to do this sale with proper social distancing with the amount of space we have. We also are not comfortable handling cash right now. This is super disappointing for us because it is one of our favorite ways to connect with our community. We have to take the long view right now and hope to have this special sale again in the future.

Interesting article about the increase in home baking due to self-isolation. No classes happening but flour still flying out the door!

We have received what would be a month's worth of on line orders in the last four days. We have a whole team working over time to get everything processed. Wit...h this volume we are a little bit behind, but we are pushing as fast as we can. Our store to sidewalk program is in place and seems to be working smoothly. The only thing is if you do an order your pickup will be the next day. If our on line ship out orders slow we can get to same day turn around. Not likely though at the pace orders are coming in. If Sonoma Co. issues a shelter in place, we are part of the food industry and will continue to operate. Thanks for your support in this difficult time. Stay safe, stay healthy.

Due to developments this weekend with the Corona virus in Sonoma County, we are suspending our classes at least through the end of the month. If you have enrol...led in a class, a member of the Artisan Baking Center's management staff will be contacting you regarding a refund or credit. We will continue to monitor developments and will let everyone know when we are ready to resume our class schedule. Secondly, we will also be closing our retail shop to regular shopping. If you are local and would like to pick up flour or other items, go to https://centralmilling.com/ and place your order at the Store tab at the top of the page. You have an option at the end of the transaction for Local Pickup. We will be setting up a store to curb system, where you can drive by to pick up your product.
