Bittersweet as I take my last step on my place of business for 21 years. As the pandemic hit and affected everyone in some ways - I would say mine is a positive experience . The mandatory shutdown has forced me to stay home, relax and spend quality time with my family which rarely happened with my hectic schedule of operating the salon and taking care of my clients. During this time, I reflected in life and realized that life is really short and my two beautiful children are... growing up so quick that I want to be present in their lives as much as I possibly can. With this, I decided to re-structure my business and downsize. I’m excited to announce that I am now in Salon Republic - Hermosa Beach. My suite number is 29 which I took as a sign in the process of deciding as this is my lucky number (my birthday ). This move will enable me to shorten my days and work less days. This will allow me to assist my children with their school from home activities. This will also provide me time to take care of myself both physically and mentally. My wife is also over the moon as this will also lessen her stress managing the business side of the salon. Oh and the fact that our overhead is cut by about 80% . It took a pandemic for me to finally realize what is most important - and that’s family. I want to thank my loyal and wonderful clients for the continued support and for the trust. I can’t wait to see you at my new place which I know you will definitely love! I promise to continue providing you with the same quality service if not even better color days as my lighting is amazing!
