Prop 19, is totally misleading. VOTING NO will keep current benefits listed below in place IF approved Prop 19, will eliminate the property base tax transfer from parent to children /grandchildren , unless they live in the property. Current law does not have any restrictions on occupancy. In Addition, Prop 60 & 90 are already in place to allow senior to transfer base tax to another property of equal or Lessor Market Value.
