You may have heard me ask this question during one of our Workshops, "How much of your nest egg would you like guaranteed?" The answer is almost always, 100%!

Who will get the money in your IRAs if something happens to you? You may think you know the correct answer but may be surprised to learn that Uncle Sam, in his tax man guise, could take up to 80% of your IRA assets if a Multi-Generational IRA (MGIRA) strategy is not implemented.

Imagine a retirement-savings well that never runs dry, no matter how long you live. If that's the dream of future retirees, why are annuities, which make that very promise, such a minuscule part of our collective nest egg?

If you do not dedicate at least portion of your retirement assets to covering Long Term Care expenses, then you have effectively dedicated ALL of your retirement money to cover what could be up to 75% of your cash!

Imagine this: One day you're sifting through your mail. In the pile of letters, bills and junk mail, you find a letter from a law firm informing you that you need to pay $50,000 to cover the cost of your father's recent nursing home stay, or the care facility will sue you. While this may seem farfetched, depending on your parents' state of residence, this could be a possibility.
