Today I was thinking about how so many larger charities continue to get the most donations, grants, and government assistance. Many small charities are doing a...mazing work with the bare minimum! Just think of the impact you could have today, the last day of 2020 by giving to a smaller charity. Of course my personal favorite is A Quarter Blue ;-). See more

Over 116 people experienced unconditional love this Christmas season! Saving the life of a dog with chronic ear infections is one of the greatest acts of kindn...ess; this dog has been the life-line for one of AQB's men. My friends, family members, and perfect strangers (including two girl scout troops) gave their time and treasures. AQB had its greatest impact this year because of people like you! When normal became unfamiliar, AQB remained a consistent support to surviving family members of suicide and victims of crime & their families! Committed donors, a grant from OC Resilience Fund, and an SBA loan allowed us to continue this life-saving work. In 2021, AQB looks toward increasing its impact with adding a psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, a larger group space to adapt to the social distancing guidelines, and recorded training videos.
