As a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, our management at Aqua Bella is in constant touch with the community care licensing, CDC and the city of Moreno Valley and implementing all the guidelines requested by them. Since it is a residential care facility (6 Beds), we have already been able to control the influx of visitors and unessential professionals and only allowing Doctors, Nurses and the caregivers into the facility. Family members can contact their loved ones... via video conference calls provided by the facility. We have also put in a strict screening station outside the facility that checks-in anyone (essential worker) who enters the facility. Screening: 1. Temperature checks with a no-contact thermometer. Presence of fever will automatically deny the entry. 2. Assessment of flu like symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue and shortness of breath. Presence of these symptoms will automatically deny the entry. 3. Questionnaire about the recent travels and possible contact with a person with flu like symptoms. 4. Upon entry, person will be taken to the hand-wash station where proper hand washing will be observed with an Antibacterial soap for 20 seconds or more.
