I've written often about pesticides and how small a health risk they actually pose to the consumers, especially in the developed world. But once a fear has take...n root in people's minds, it is often not easy to remove by simply saying that there is very very little cause to fear. Sometimes tangible comparisons of every-day risks that are familiar to us helps bring home the point better.
