If you never look up, you will miss the magic of the sky! . I recently took up roller skating again after 20 plus years. I was thinking it would be the same as it was back then lol. . After being so sore I could barely walk last time,I decided today that I would give myself Reiki after skating. I was laying on the cement self-treating with Reiki and looking at the sky. Wow, there was a ring around the sun and it was beautiful. My inner child was in awe of the beautiful sky. ... . Bonus: I am not sore at all from skating! Go Reiki! . In sessions yesterday, I had two people fall asleep and when they woke up the said they were feeling "so much better." Many people find distance Reiki very relaxing. . Another client wanted to talk about things going on in her life as I ran Reiki. At the end of her session, she said "I feel relaxed, I feel so great." . Reiki is life energy, and feels like unconditional love. I am blessed to know and teach this amazing healing art. - April
