The first Wednesday of November marks International Stress Awareness Day. We know that this year has been a particularly stressful one with the pandemic, social unrest, and political tensions high. If stress gets overwhelming it can cause other mental health problems, emotional exhaustion, and physical illness. Remember to check in with yourself and seek help before it becomes overwhelming.
