We get a lot of questions about which is better for fat loss: HITT or LISS cardio. But like everything in life, there are pros and cons for each! (- ) : Fast and efficient. Burn more calories in minimal time.... After-burn. Continue burning calories after your workout is over. Utilize fast-twitch muscle fibers, which can increase muscle mass. : Commonly not done properly More advanced cardio. Not appropriate for all levers. (- ) : Easier to do. Utilizes fat over carbs for energy. Appropriate for all fitness levels : No after-burn. Time-consuming. Can be boring. Generally, we prioritize HITT over LISS for fat loss, but it all depends on your fitness levels and goals. And to be honest, the best cardio plan is the plan you're going to stick with.
