He will be speaking from 6-7 and then doing a workout after. A little bit more about Tyler from Tyler: My name is Tyler Brey. I was born in 1989 with spina bifida. When I was 12 I joined the middle school wrestling team and continued to wrestle all the way until my first year of college. I f...ought my opponents from my knees and always competed against able bodied athletes. Then I went on to compete in Paralympic powerlifting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where I also always competed against able bodied athletes. After 12 years of hard work I earned my black belt in jiu jitsu and have placed somewhere between 1st and 3rd at almost every jiu jitsu tournament I have entered over the years. During my 5 year powerlifting career I represented the US team at the 2010 world championships in Malaysia and the 2011 Para-Pan American Games in Guadalajara. Then I went on to win my IFBB pro card in 2015 and have been competing in professional wheelchair bodybuilding ever since. Now I am focused on maximizing my personal training business and my professional bodybuilding career. See more

Good Afternoon Anytime Family! Our very own Jenny Bemrick will be teaching Yoga starting this Thursday, October 15th! Thursdays will be a 60 minute Yin/relaxation class. This style of yoga is slow paced with long holds (up to 5 minutes) that will get into the connective tissues. Feel free to join Jenny this Thursday from 7-8 PM.
