Ok so I realize we are 8 days into August....however your mission should you choose to accept it.....100 push-ups and 100 crunches per day every day for the rest of the month!! This is in addition to any other workout routines you have:) I know its easy for some of us but for the rest it could be just the challenge you need to get over the remote control!!!!

Thursday workout! Circuit Training For a good work out do this routine in 15 min. For a great workout do this 2 rounds in less than 30 min. Resting only 20-30 sec in between exercises. 1. Workout of the day! Tactical Tuesday.. this is a circuit workout. 60 seconds per exercise, rest 20-60 in between, 3 rounds Have Fun! Today's workout! Cardio Training...keeping it simple every day stay consistent! 10 min-Elliptical, intervals, high to low to med and so on, push yourself! 10-min-Bike, intervals, high to low to med and so on, push yourself! 10 min-Treadmill, intervals, high to low to med and so on, push yourself!... By doing 30 min of exercise per day you decrease stress and increase energy!
New Fitness Clinics are coming soon! Two times per month we will be holding a classroom environment allowing members to ask questions and get answers to any and all questions regarding exercises!
Work out of the day! Totally Tuesday 1) Ball Squats w/DB, 30 sec hold w/5 reps 2) lying Leg raises w/ 15 reps 3) Elliptical Interval training 7min, go hard or go home... 4) Machine Shoulder Press 15 reps 5) Planks 60 sec hold Repeat 4 times, use weight that will challenge you but be SAFE always! Have Fun!
Workout of the day!- 40 min - Monday Mania 1) warm up-elliptical-2 min 2) Interval training on the treadmill-15 min 3) Lat Pull downs-10 reps x 3 sets... 4) Seated Rows-10 reps x 3 sets 5) Standing DB Bi-cep Curls-10 reps x 3 sets This is good for those who need some new stuff for their routine. Today is the day! The endurance challenge is under way!!!! Good luck to the 24 participants in Anytime Fitness Challenge! So far the the best calorie burn belongs to Abby Solomon! The most miles belongs to Mike Upchurch, and the fastest rpm/spm belongs to Mike Upchurch! We are just getting started and i am sure these numbers will not last!
