THE SUPERIOR COURT HAS DENIED THE CITY of PALMDALE AN INJUCTION AGAINST THE 4 POINTS SWAPMEET After about 90 days of legal wrangling the Superior Court of the S...tate of California, has denied the City of Palmdale an injunction against the 4 Points Swapmeet. According to Ms. Joyce Bruce, owner of the 4 Points Swapmeet: Just recently we got the ruling from the judge, that the swapmeet will remain open, the city was requesting an injunction against the swapmeet and it was not granted. We are very thankful very relieved, we have a lot of happy vendors and customers, they had been asking for several months now regarding what the outcome of the hearing had been Now vendors can go out and buy merchandise for Christmas and customers can do their holiday shopping, at the swapmeet as we will be open for the Holidays. I just want to get the word out there that the swapmeet is open, we will be here for the Holidays, we have booths available for vendors that want to come out here and sell, customers come out here and shop like you always have for affordable merchandise. We have been here for 40 years and we want to continue to be here for another 40 years.
