The Hamilton Apts, a former YMCA building in #uptown Oakland, will be renovated to preserve its #affordablehousing and reimagine grand spaces in this historic building, including a gym and natatorium! Plus, it’s just up the street from one of our previous projects- Satellite Central! Thrilled to be contributing to the ongoing rejuvenation of the area! #newproject #architecture #design
