Benign Events Throughout The Day Trigger Memories That Heighten Their Levels Of Anxiety And Depression After Combat. Coping Skills Have Been Exhausted. The Veterans Administration Has Begun Partnering With Non Profit Groups Across The Country To Offer Mindful Resilience Classes To Help Alleviate The Debi...litating Symptoms Of PTSD. As An Alternative To Drug and Talk Therapy, Yoga And Meditation Is Now Being Embraced By The VA . Recent Studies By The Veteran’s Administration Have Shown That For Some Veterans It Is An Effective Form Of Mental Health Treatment. According To The VA's Statistics, 22 US Veterans Commit Suicide Everday. Groups Like Califoria Based Veterans Yoga Project And Instructors Like Sean Silvera of Baptiste Yoga Of San Francisco Are Working On the Frontlines In Communites Across The US To Help Bring Those Numbers Down, One Veteran At A Time, One Breath At A Time.
