Driving around Yosemite + creating art with @randikreckman and her hubs was a dream. This place is truly special. It’s crazy how many people I talk to that live in California and still haven’t been. Get there! Also wash your hands friends, we’re going to be okay. I’m still getting on a plane. Adiós America! See you soon Australia XX
Wedding dresses made of dreams. Seriously. @thedresstheorysandiego MAGIC Had so much fun being a part of @modernloveevent and photographing my little heart out. Also @miss.olivee you are such a babe, missing that vibrant energy of yours. XX
I rang in the New Year in Yosemite capturing a dear friend and fellow photog @randikreckman vow renewal with her love. This was a very special one for me, not only because of her being a dear friend, but because she is an INSANELY talented photographer in the industry. Randi and I met back a couple years ago on instagram and we have been great friends ever since. We have photographed weddings together in many different places near + far. We have even spent time in Mexico whic...h started with us drinking margaritas + playing in the ocean and ended with us both being deathly ill with sun poisoning. It’s safe to say we have seen each other at our best and at our worst. This time we stayed clear of sicknesses and had an unbelievably memorable day prancing around her favorite place on planet earth. Thank you for having me babe! It was complete magic and a perfect way to start the New Year. XX I’m so ready for you 2020, let’s see what you’ve got! @ Yosemite National Park See more
‘Tis the season for luvin
California trees you get me every time. Just MAGIC! Also just got back from Palm Springs and had such a blast shooting for @modernloveevent. Every single vendor went above + beyond. So much goodness to share with you all in the next few weeks! XX keep those eyeballs peeled.
Redwoods! Yes! Canoe rides! Yes! Favorite people! Yes! Marriage! Yesssss!
Oh California. You charge us way too much for things like rent and gas, but I see places like this and can’t complain anymore.
Sometimes I like to pick things from nature and have my clients hold them. Look at that ring too. DAYUM
Bouquet headpiece because why not??
Where to begin with these two beautiful humans getting hitched in Sayulita last week. This is a perfect representation of unplanned moments that make you smile. These birds literally came out of no where as Linds and Zeb completed their vows. It was a surreal moment and everyone was in awe as they flew overhead. Albright this moment was something magical, unfortunately it doesn’t always work that way. Things aren’t always beautifully unexpected or smooth sailing especially wh...en planning a wedding in a different country. To start things off, all of the decor that was shipped for the wedding (including hand picked placemats from Mexico City) got held at customs. They gave us the news none of it was going to make it. @jennigrubbaevents had to overnight vases the day before flying out and squeeze them all into luggage and hope for the best. We arrived and had to rush out the next morning to a flower market an hour and 1/2 away.. little did we know this flower market was a teeny tiny flower shop that had a small walk in fridge of a small selection of flowers. Jenni made magic happen. To top it l off the forecast called for 100% chance of rain on the wedding day, that was to all be held outside so we had to find a last minute tent. I also got horribly sick with a stomach virus known as turistas. You guys. You can’t make this stuff up. All in all. None of this matters. It never does. This picture says it all. Two beautiful people finding each other, falling in love, and embracing the good + the bad. Despite all of this. It was hands down one of the most MAGICAL weeks of shooting in my career. I’ve made lifelong friends and so many memories. I you two big time. Seriously. Wake me up from this dream I am living. XX Also** A shout out to my best friend and insanely badass wedding planning babe. This all wouldn’t have been possible without you. You slayed and handled everything like a champ. You even got up early in the morning and golf carted to the market to find me fresh ginger juice and natural medicines. You’re gold. @jennigrubbaevents @ Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico
