Not all problems have a clean solution. There is often not an easy way out...even though we’d like to find it as quickly as possible. When it comes to love, working together towards a solution doesn’t mean that you get it right the first time. Or even that the solution fully works. Working together in love means that you’re working to find a solution. You’re working...on the same team...to find the middle ground...the groundedness...the best you can given what you have ...to work with The two of you are a powerhouse when you pool your efforts. And I know there is a solution to what you’re currently struggling with. It may not be an easy solution. Or even one you like that much. But it might be there and I know you will find it...the more you work together towards it. You got this. #unconditionalmotivation #dailyhustle #relationships #relationshipgoals #relationship_goals #relationshipquote #relationshiptips #relationshipcoach #relationshipskills #loveyourspouse #loveyourpartner #spouse #partner #lovequotesdaily #couplequotes #relationship101 #relationshipstatus #workhard #lovehard #workhardloveharder #couplesgoals #empowereachother #mindsetmattersmost #mistakesarelessons #mistakeshappen #learnfromyourmistakes #vulnerabilityisstrength #vulnerable #sameteam #samegoals See more

I struggle with the idea of letting go. It’s a tough one for me. I realize this may not be the most popular of opinions but the idea of being able to let go of something that has impacted you significantly feels like a bit of a stretch to me. Because the truth is, when you’ve walked through a hard seasonyou’ve been shaped by that experience. It doesn’t mean that you should choose to become bitter or hard. But it does mean that you’re forever changed by that experience.... This idea of letting go feels like too much of an oversimplification to mea flyover without any offer of aid. And yet, in life and in love, you also can’t continue to carry every burden you’ve ever walked through as you’ll be crushed under the sheer weight of it all. So where’s the happy medium? Well the thing I try, when I’m working to wrap my head around the idea of letting go, is instead shift to laying down. Laying down the wounds that are too heavy for me to carry anymore. Laying down the hurt that I can’t seem to make sense of. Laying down the problems that I just can’t solve on my own. Laying down the things that are simply weighing me down and preventing me from healingfrom forgivingfrom moving forward. Laying down doesn’t mean that I can’t pick them back up to work through or process further. And laying down doesn’t mean those experiences didn’t happen or that they didn’t impact youbecause man let me tell you. Honestly, I work to lay things down because carrying them prevents me from taking in all the joy and love that is also around for me to soak in. So I ask youwhat do you need to lay down in order to feel lighter in love? It’s a hard question, but it’s a good one. I hope you remember that the heavy you’re walking through right now is not permanent and you have the choice of how to carry that pain. I also realize this may seem very far off from what you’re managing right nowso simply remember that you’re doing the best that you can. #successprinciples #unconditionalmotivation #goalchaser #dailyhustle #relationships #relationshipgoals #relationship_goals #relationshipquote #relationshiptips #relationshipcoach #relationshipskills See more

Is there a difference between saying "I'm sorry" vs asking forgiveness? HINT: there is! #RetroWednesday http://bit.ly/2kiw31P

You’re on the same team. You literally have each other...even when things are dark and scary and confusing...so that you can reach out your hand, grab a hold of each other and get through this together. Never, I repeat never, underestimate the power of holding each other tight, reassuring each other with a loving grip and reminding each other that it truly can be you two against the world. You got this.... #relationships #relationshipgoals #relationship_goals #relationshipquote #relationshiptips #relationshipcoach #relationshipskills #loveyourspouse #loveryourpartner #spouse #partner #lovequotesdaily #couplequotes #relationship101 #relationshipstatus #workhard #lovehard #workhardloveharder #couplesgoals #empowereachother #rasieyourvibe #mindsetmattersmost #mistakesarelessons #mistakeshappen #learnfromyourmistakes #vulnerabilityisstrength #vulnerable #sameteam #samegoals See more
