You will learn about the common myths and facts about suicide, understand how to support someone with thoughts of suicide and learn about local and national resources focused on prioritizing safety. Animo Mae Jemison Families! We are so excited to be a part of the United Parents and Students 7th Annual Assembly, which will include our Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti! This year we have a wide variety of officials from the City, County, and State. This event will be on Tuesday, November 17th, at 4:30PM! This Assembly will be one you will not want to miss as we collectively make demands around Food Justice, Housing, and Violence Prevention! We will also be raffling 5 iPads during the last 30 minutes of the meeting!
