Lemon’s favorite day is cricket delivery day! The day she can snack on all the crickets that escape the bins! . Have you met Lemon the pekin duck? She was surrendered here about three weeks ago! It’s awesome that a member of our team is keeping her! Ducks, however, are very social creatures, and need friends. So until we’re able to get her some friends, she comes to work during the day so she’s not alone all day! Having been raised inside with people, she’s very comfortable with our customers coming in and out. She might even follow you around the store!

Hi I’m Pip! I’m an adult green cheek conure. My former owner was no longer able to take care of me, so I ended up here at The Animal Connection! They don’t know much about my age, gender, or prior home, but they do know that I’m a cuddler! I’m a little shy at first, but once I warm up I would love nothing more than to snuggle with you :) I’m a bit nervous, so I pluck my feathers sometimes, but the folks at The Animal Connection are confident that with lots of TLC my feather plucking habits may improve.
